Shipping provided for US and International Orders 

Due to the nature of hand-embroidered pieces and PDF templates there is a general no refund/return policy. If there is an error with your order contact Little Joy Threads Co. and we will work out a solution with you.

Turnaround time on custom orders is 3-4 weeks. Turn around time for Embroidery kits is 1-2 weeks. A rush order add on option is provided for orders that need quicker turn around.
